Decided to have dinner one evening at Salina Local Cuisine while staying at Gold Coast during our weeklong vacation to Aruba. We came about an hour before closing and chose to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful evening. We ordered the Ceviche appetizer to start and it was good but also had a strong citrus taste. For entrees, we went with Mahi Mahi, Asian Chicken, Tenderloin Steak, Grouper and Carbanora Pasta. The food did take longer than expected to come out but everything was good. The flavors were great. The steak was cooked medium rare instead of medium that we requested but it still tasted good. Good service and good food!

The food is fantastic and the prices are wallet friendly. The staff is amazing, super friendly, funny and eager to help answer any questions you may have about the island. The happy hour is must, twice a day (12-2 and 5-7) every day and live music in Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat or just chill out.

Visited the clubhouse restaurant in Gold Coast a couple of times, and the food and drinks were surprisingly good. Full bar with table service indoors and on the pool deck. Tasty caesar salad and balchi pisca (breaded pieces of white fish). Quick friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, clean area and washrooms, and a comfortable chill lounge area. Will definitely visit again when in Gold Coast.

This place is your only dining option if you are staying within the Gold Coast community. The food is average pub food. We did try a bit of everything during the week we stayed there. Some were really good and some not so much. The wings were great. The calamari not so much (it wasn’t properly cleaned before being cooked) Also they make some really terrible Mojitos!

This food was an incredible introduction to Aruban cuisine! I sampled the Calamari and the Ceviche, both of which were outstanding. The Calamari was, by far, the best I’ve ever had. For my main, I went with the Chicken Caesar Salad simply because I was starving and wanted something safe and filling. First of all, it was LOADED with Grilled Chicken, Parmesan, and a seemingly house-made dressing. If anything, it could have used more lettuce. But it was shockingly flavorful. My only quip is that the food took a while to come out. My mother’s drink took at least 45 minutes, and the restaurant wasn’t even too busy. My brothers food also came about 15 minutes after the rest of my party’s. However, the waitstaff was very friendly and we had an overall good experience.

I regret that we discovered this restaurant too late. Staying at an Airbnb in Gold Coast, we came here for a breakfast on our departure day. Surprisingly, we were the only customers. The service was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed ourselves, a cozy conditioned restaurant, and tasty chicken arepas & Aruban pastechi at a very reasonable price. I’d like to try other items on the menu if we return to Aruba someday.

Pleasantly surprised with how nice all the food was! Ceviche was really fresh and flavorful. The seafood stew was packed with both flavor and seafood, even the little fried things covered with cheese accompanied everything nicely. We did get a bit confused after getting the lunch menu and then served and charged for the dinner sized seafood stew but it was so tasty so we couldn't be too upset haha. Definitely stop in for a bite if youre in the area!
